If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please let me know. This also may effect the services you are scheduled to receive. Any more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling.
A 48 Hour notice to cancel or change your appointment. This will allow me ample time to contact those patiently waiting on my waiting list. Those who do not give proper notice will have their card on file charged a $35 late cancel fee.
No calls/no shows will be charged 50% of services they were scheduled to receive. They will not be allowed to re-book without a deposit.
I know life gets unpredictable, and I appreciate you. I am human too! If I ever have to cancel or move your appointment at last minute, I make it a priority to get you in within the week. I also upgrade your service to include a special pamper treatment as a Thank you for your flexibility ! I believe respect goes both ways, and I will always strive to respect your time and investment.
